When I can’t decide {which happens often} I usually make one slice of avocado toast with an egg and one slice of peanut butter toast with banana; the best of both worlds!
But outside of the weekends, it’s rare I actually have time to make and enjoy breakfast before rushing out the door to my group fitness class.
